"contacted the office to cancel my home and auto policy MAY 12th. was charged 510.51. didn’t catch it, but i did catch the next months charge of 447.34. i promptly contacted them JUNE 17th and have had to call again because i still haven’t gotten my refund. meant to call again yesterday as they said i would have it at the end of the week last week to my original payment method. checked my email this morning and apparently they emailed the me the 24th an option of how i wanted to receive my 851.50 back…. hmmm try again that’s 106.35 short. also i was told it would be refunded to my account, but since i didn’t see their email i now have to wait for a check? that’s over $100 short? this office has a serious negligence issue or are just straight up scammers. also no word about my home policy refund? said i would get a check but haven’t received anything."
